Schedule for hybrid poster display

  • Posters will be on display from Saturday, June 1 (09:30 hrs CEST) to Monday, June 4 (16:45 hrs CEST).
  • Poster mounting will be done from Saturday, June 1, 09:30 hrs CEST
  • Poster removal times for the different groups:
    • Groups A, B, C: Monday, June 3 from 15:45-16:45 hrs CEST (strict!)
    • Group D: Monday, June 3 from 16:45-17:00 hrs CEST (strict!)
      Posters that will not be removed by Monday, June 3 at 17:00 hrs CEST will be removed by the staff, will not be kept or mailed to the presenter but will be discarded. Please note that the door to the exhibition hall will be closing at 17:00 hrs CEST.

Times for Poster Viewing with authors

Each poster topic will be discussed in 4 groups:

  • Poster Group A: Sunday, June 2, 13:00-14:00 hrs CEST (for posters with poster number ending “A”, e.g. P01.001.A, P01.003.A – this refers to your final poster number – not the abstract control number!)
  • Poster Group B: Sunday, June 2, 15:45-16:45 hrs CEST (for posters with poster number ending “B”, e.g. P01.001.B, P01.003.B – this refers to your final poster number – not the abstract control number!)
  • Poster Group C: Monday, June 3, 13:00-14:00 hrs CEST (for posters with poster number ending “C”, e.g. P01.001.C, P01.003.C – this refers to your final poster number – not the abstract control number!)
  • Poster Group D: Monday, June 3, 15:45-16:45 hrs CEST (for posters with poster number ending “D”, e.g. P01.001.D, P01.003.D – this refers to your final poster number – not the abstract control number!)

Should  it not be possible for one of the authors to be present during the times above, they are encouraged to leave a note on their poster board detailing the times of their presence at the board.

Due to EACCME regulations, authors are requested to disclose possible conflicts of interest on the poster.

Poster Award Candidates

The ESHG proposes the ESHG Poster Awards for the best posters presented by Early Career Scientists at the meeting. The two winners (one in clinical, the other in basic research) will receive a prize money of EUR 600, a complementary ESHG membership for one year as well as a free particpation in next year’s conference.

The five honorable mentions receive a complementary ESHG membership for one year.

The ESHG Scientific Programme Committee has selected a number of candidates for the ESHG Poster Award based on the score of their submission after peer review. Candidate posters can be identified by a rosette on the board.

Schedule for E-poster display

  • Onsite in the Exhibition Hall from Saturday, June 1 (09:30 hrs CEST) to Monday, June 3 (16:45 hrs CEST).
  • Online on the virtual conference platform for registered participants from May 29, 2024 until November 30, 2024.
